New Datasets

Did you know Perilfinder now offers roof-top-level geocoding and matching in Northern Ireland?

Our INCA models, which classify small area neighbourhoods in the ROI, are now updated with the Census 2016 datasets, and they can return information about areas’ affluence, life-stage profiles and more.

Custom user-specific dashboards and tools

Perilfinder allows you to assess risk by overlaying relevant peril maps, such as Flood, Crime, Storm, Subsidence, Pyrite, Mica and Road Accident Risk.

Contact us if you’d like to add additional models to your dashboard.

Risk models are updated annually, and the ECAD (address database) is updated quarterly.
